Busta Rhymes was arraigned Sunday on an Assault Charge in NYC according to the Associated Press. He was released, but feels that "This is Payback" for not telling his side of the story in the murder case of his bodyguard.He is due back in court Oct. 24. The New York Post said police believe Rhymes beat a man who spat on his car near Gramercy Park.
